The guests of Nordic Biodynamic Forum have a priviledge to enjoy the meals prepared from locally produced ingredients. The menu will be created just before the forum based on what is available. The foundation will be on biodynamic vegetables and meat from Kurki farm.


The catering will be done by Chef Santeri,  a local chef or "free food artist", who has published several cooking and food related books and is getting his food inspirating from the high quality local incredients.
